Overall a good stay with some standout positives, but a few avoidable frustrations.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, and overall presentation of the hotel was solid. The restaurant was excellent - easily one of the highlights of the stay with great food and a very good experience.
Staff were generally polite and helpful, however communication could be improved. There were some language barriers with a few team members, which made resolving a simple issue more difficult than it should have been.
One example - the bedside power points weren’t working, and it took around 36 hours and multiple conversations with different staff to find out they were controlled by a separate switch. There was no signage or information provided about this, and it wasn’t explained until the third or fourth person I spoke to. A small detail, but frustrating and easily avoidable.
In summary: a comfortable stay with a great restaurant, but clearer communication and better in-room information would significantly improve the experience for future guests.
