Poor Management with the booking online

i arrived at the hotel after making a reservation and paid online, unfortunately, the receptionist was not able to pull out my reservation in their system, i have to pay in cash to be admitted to the hotel. The situation was so embarrassing for me.

現地の知り合いに勧められて宿泊、出張のためです。 ホテルのシャトルサービスは大変助かりました。しかし、このサイトですでに支払い済みにもかかわらず宿泊費を請求されそうになったり、部屋に入ってすぐに「部屋を変わってほしい」と言われて疲れてるのに待たされたり、部屋のシャワーで親が使えなくなったり… ホテルのスタッフは親切な人たちですが、宿泊環境が不安定で困りました。

Hôtel pas facile à trouver, manque d'indications, très bon accueil, très propre et très bon état général. Chambre très jolie et fonctionnelle. Deux petites choses légèrement négative mais pas trop grave : - le lit est très dur, - pas de rideau dans la douche donc on mouille toute la salle de bain.
