Our wagon door and windows wouldn't close and the space heaters were broken. There was doggy poo right next to the steps to the entrance. The restaurant staff ignored us. We packed up and went down the road to a hotel with excellent service.

Bathrooms were dirty. Covered wagon had a heater but the door flap would not zip all the way so sleeping on the king size bed was very cold at night. We had to climb a steep hill to climb the ladder to our covered wagon. Just wasn’t the adventure we were looking for.

le tipi était troué. Nous avons dormi avec la pluie, il y avait des trous, les matelas en plastique trempés. Pas de tapis au sol. Pas de rabat pour fermer le tipi. Personne n’est venu malgré nos sollicitations. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement malgré que le site était splendide. Prendre une diligence.

While this place could be cute to stay in a wagon, the shower and bathroom was right behind where the wagons were and they really smelled. The showers were dirty and one didn't have any hot water (only 3 showers). There were 2 sinks but one didn't work. The building is actually falling apart. The wagon was cute but the heater didn't work right and consistently turned off during the night when it was 35 degrees outside and raining. Not a good night's sleep. And don't forget to bring $20 to get some sheets and towels in a duffle bag. This place would probably have been better in the summer when it's warmer and if you're young and don't mind being dirty or using a dirty shower.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It is not worth saving money, you will be miserable. The customer service is terrible - you can tell the ranch hands don’t like that there are guests and everyone was rude except Abe who helped us out with our heat in the wagon after we FROZE in 28° the first night. The “blankets” are pitiful and the king size blanket doesn’t even cover the bed. We asked for extra and they said no, straight up. They would not refund or provide any compensation. The bathrooms are absolutely ABYSMAL. The floors are falling through and nothing has been replaced or cleaned in years and the staff DOES NOT CARE. There is poop literally everywhere, including in a truck bed outside our wagon for 2 days straight. We will never stay here again and will be contacting any regulating agency possible to help others avoid this mistake. This business should not be in operation.

When we checked in, was told our amt initially paid didn’t go through and still owed money. Some things had happened prior so we paid the $75.26. When asked for a receipt was told since we went through a 3rd party they didn’t give them as I would have it in my app. When we looked, we had already paid $103.99 and only owed $22.40. When I told them they charged me almost $30.00 more, I was told I would need to take it up with the 3rd party to get my overage back as they would have to get a call from them. I did get a receipt and as we were leaving another employee questioned why I was given a receipt as they don’t give them out! Very disappointed with them and the fact I was charged more than I should have DOES NOT MAKE ME HAPPY!

we had driven from Ohio and were pretty tired upon arrival but had a nice meal and was able to book another night so we were able to enjoy hiking before leaving and finding a campsite. very nice staff.
