The room was very large and clean. There was a lot of empty space, though. They could fit a couch in there to make it more cozy. Bed was comfy and room had a large modern TV and cable. Noise traveled from outside but not too bad. The door was hard to shut all the way and lock without some effort. The heating unit was very loud but worked well. Wish the towels were larger. A decent value compared to other hotels in the area.

The first week they stayed, my guys dealt with flooding in their room. We decided to give the hotel another chance, and the next week there was no hot water. These are construction guys, and the hotels they stay at are their homes during the week. When hotels.com reached out to them to try and get us a refund, Newport Motel didn't answer their phones or contact them back.
