Walked into what can only be described as an abandoned building auditioning for a horror movie. No lights — like, literally someone stole every bulb in the staircase. The stairs? A cross between a construction site and a death trap. No apartment numbers, no clues, just me guessing where my future ghost would haunt. Do not stay here — unless you’re 18, indestructible, and planning to crawl home from the nightclubs below anyway.

We never even made it to the apartment. We arrived at night, and there was no light in the entry or on the initial two flights of steep stairs. We had not been informed that the apartment was on the fourth floor with no elevator; with my bad back I couldn't even get my suitcase up the first flight of stairs and we eventually gave up.

This apartment is dangerous.

The day before departure, I was informed that I had to pick up the keys at the office, which is more than 20 minutes away by car, between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., resulting in additional taxi fare. To get to the apartment, I had to carry my luggage up four flights of stairs in the dark. The ceiling in the bedroom was full of cracks, and it should be repaired as soon as possible before someone gets seriously injured. Anyway, I am surprised that this apartment is not illegal.

The apartment was great!! Comfortable. But I can not stress enough, that if you have large bags, think twice. The stairs to the apartment are treacherously steep and there is no light, of any kind in the stairway. Also a problem is the key to the front door on the street. It has to be jiggled and pulled forward and up and a whole process to make the door open. I had three different people that live in the neighborhood, stop and help me with it. They knew how to open it because they have helped other guests that have stayed there; so it’s a very well known problem. Louisa the bartender next door was amazing! Saved my life. Also. That street is like Bourbon street until about 4 am. Didn’t bother me I can sleep through anything, but if you can’t… beware.

Era muy acogedora, pero cabe decir que el agua de la ducha salía fuera ya que no estaba bien colocada la silicona, algunos platos y ollas estaban algo sucios. Y por otro lado, por la mañana es muy tranquilo, pero si la idea es descansar por la noche, no es un apartamento para descansar, ya que hay nucha juerga por la noche en las calles.

Engaño, falta de información, poca ética,

No pudo salir peor. Lo primero no poder acceder al alojamiento en el coche ( barrio histórico), lo segundo 4 planta sin ascensor y escaleras empinadas peligrosas, más si vas con niños y lo saben en la reserva. Otra sorpresa calle en plena zona de marcha, ruído hasta las 6 de la mañana y olor a alcohol y orines en toda la calle. Otra cosa más, no hay mantas en Diciembre. Otra cosa, según la web ,limpieza diaria ( me cobran 30 € por ello) y allí no aparece nadie, otro engaño... Me he sentido estafado desde primera hora. Exijo devolución de parte del dinero pagado.

Difícil acesso ao apartamento

As fotos que aparecem realmente condizem com a realidade do apartamento. Tudo é novo, apartamento bem equipado, boa internet e limpo. Entretanto, levamos um susto ao abrir a porta do prédio! Para acessar o apartamento, que fica no penúltimo andar, é preciso subir uma escadaria enorme, os degraus são estreitos (não cabe o pé inteiro no degrau), e a escadaria é quase em 90 graus. Foi muito tenso subir e descer com malas, pois havia um enorme receio de cairmos com elas escada abaixo. Em razão das escadas, não é recomendado para idosos, crianças e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Outro ponto a destacar é a localização. É possível fazer muita coisa a pé. Por outro lado, fica em uma rua onde não entra carros, assim, é preciso subir 2 quarteirões com as malas. É uma rua tomada por bares, por isso muito barulhenta, sendo contraindicada para quem quer sossego.

Perfect spot for a party weekend in Lisbon

Barrio Alto Stylish is absolutely incredible! When you walk up a weird dingy stairs, through a weird dingy door, you are completely blown away by this cool, modern apartment. It is right in the central of one of the party streets in Bairro Alto which was perfect for us at the weekend, but if you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place for you. You can hear a bit of noise from the street at the weekends because of people outside the bars, but if you are there to be out and having fun you are the noise:) Perfect for a weekend to be central, not so perfect if you are an early to be type. For us, amazing! Homing were also super helpful and gave us a late checkout.

PESSIMO TUTTO!!!!

Pessimo tutto!! Invito tutti a non andarci! Accoglienza pessima, zero assistenza al cliente ( se non sollecitati più e più volte). Avevi prenotato che non corrisponde a esattamente a quello per cui avevo pagato, ci hanno trasferito in un’altra casa ( ripeto, stavo quasi per mettermi a piangere dal disagio) che a loro avviso era meglio! Arriviamo e troviamo un palazzo decente si, dentro uno sporco ma uno sporco che avevo paura anche a mettermi sul letto ( per non parlare del bagno). Qui abbandonati a noi stessi, solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica per tre persone e per 4 gg, bagno ancora con capelli ( ovviamente non miei), pavimento sporchissimo e zona malfamata ( a loro avviso is better )! Esperienza da dimenticare, vi consiglio di non prenotare in questa struttura con tutto il mio cuore!

Nice apartment but be aware of the area. It’s the old area during the day but a party area during night - every day. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the street just outside the door - and it was Tuesday-Thursday, The service was good but be aware of the extra charge for cleaning - 25 euro.
