This is such a cool place to stay and it's incredibly cheap. You get all of the amenities of a hotel and the convenience of an apartment. Super amazing view of the city, comfortable bed, super clean, and the rooms have a washer/dryer combo and you can get detergent downstairs at one of the supermarkets. This is in the Chinese area so they have really good restaurants plus there's a Papa John's and Starbucks in the building as well if you need some domesticated American food.

Great Hotel and Value / Bad Front Desk Manager

Brand New Property with the Best Views in the city. By far the nicest room I've ever gotten anywhere near this price per night. The bad part is that the front desk manager lacks the basic concept of guest relations and service. Having stayed here more than a dozen times on Business. Every time I checked in, I asked the manager to please offer me a corporate rate so I may book directly with the hotel instead of using an OTA. I even offered to accept 10% higher than the online published rate, but he refused, And when I would extend my stay he would refuse to match my booking rate so I was forced to book online even though I was standing at the front desk. Extending your stay and being a loyal repeat customer is met with the manager basically treating you as if you are not welcomed. Now going into more than 30 booked nights and sadly I still have to book online.

프놈펜의 아는 분이 추천하여 이 호텔에 묵게 되었고, 처음 1-2일은 좋아 보였으나, 즉, 세탁기 등 편의 시설이 있어 좋았습니다. 하지만 화장실 청결도 불량 및 하수구 냄새로 화장실 사용이 극히 어려울 정도 이었으며, 또한 로비 직원의 불친절이 아주 돋보이는 그런 호텔로 2회에 걸친 숙박에도 불구하고, 평균하여 평가하면 평균 이하로 평가되며, 다시는 이 호텔에 숙박을 하지 않기로 마음을 먹게 되어 크게 아쉽습니다.

hallo, das Hotel ist eigentlich kein Hotel , sondern ein Appartmenthaus. ich habe mich trotzdem wohl gefühlt, mit einer Ausnahme: es ist ein Chinese freundliches Hotel. da viele Chinesen keinen Respekt haben----vor Khmer-Leuten so wie so nicht,ist das dann ein bischen schade. Zimmer sind gut und gross , sowie sauber.Etwas auserhalb,aber das wollte ich so.

Staff tried to be helpful but were not trained very well .. overall there is room for improvement. Also a big hotel like this that could not even make change for $100 ??? Really? Nice view from upgraded room, after getting relocated due to previous smoking in room. The one room shower/toilet combo sucks bad! Common areas and elevators dirty. A tenant was stabbed inside their room while we were staying there. A/C condenser cabinets not sealed from outside air entering room which makes it difficult to cool down and maintain temp. Just OK overall.

You get what you pay for

I read the reviews and considered not staying there. However, I received a GREAT rate per night ($27). Unfortunately, I got what I paid for. It took 3 complaints to get someone to make the "smart" TV actually work, and then the shows and movie selections were sparse. It took 3 complaints to get housekeeping to actually bring us toilet paper (less than a 1/4 roll when we arrived). Shower (no door) still allows water to soak the floor, and in our room, there was noticeable damage to the cheap bathroom door. At sign in, we were offered complementary alcoholic drinks at Collins, which is their restaurant on floor 13. All Sprite and juice, very little alcohol. Building looks beautiful, but service totally sucks. If you have kids, consider staying somewhere else. The artwork on the walls in the rooms is of naked women. I know from reading other reviews that management will say they will address these issues, but those reviews go back a year, and NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
