Pros:
Easy access to bus lines & DLR station.
Area felt safe for most part, even at night.
Place is nice & pictures were representative of what to expect.
Everything seemed clean & carpeting in bedrooms looked fairly new.
Locking mechanism is finicky & tricky, requiring reading & testing to understand what needed to be done. But once you got the hang of it, felt very safe.
Enough "beds" for 6 grown adults: 2 in each bedroom, couch (in picture) converts to a bed, & single futon seat that can lay out (description in listing was not clear).
Cons:
Communication left a lot to be desired. It was Easter weekend so some slack should be given. But took almost entire stay to get extra Smart Keys for group. Not knowing digital smart key via smartphone was used until day in advance, was not possible to get it all taken care of before weekend started. Emailed multiple times, but was told my emails were not going through, even though my first email went through and I continued to reply to the original message. Had to call twice to finally get Smart Keys set up for 2 other people (total of 3). Physical key exists, but don't have access to it until once inside. Advance notice would have been preferable.
The Smart Key for front door REQUIRES a smartphone & doesn't always respond quickly.
Kitchen sink not installed correctly.
Couch & futon "bed" are very uncomfortable.
Water heater set on timer; no hot water between 12-6:30am.
Shower drain of in-suite bathroom not cleaned out well.
