Overall, this was a fantastic stay - particularly as it was the first trip post-lockdown. The hotel is lovely and the staff were great - particularly Eduardo in the bar next to the pool. The hotel has several measures to help make you feel safe - sanitiser on arrival and masks in all place except when bathing around the pool or eating in the bar/restaurant. We had two rooms (a Grand Deluxe and a Deluxe) both were spacious, beds really comfy and shower/bath facilities great. There are USB chargers next to the beds for the phones. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool is great. Downsides; the pool area is a little slippy and we had noticed this on several reviews before - something probably needs doing about this as it seemed someone would fall each day. The drinks are a little expensive but as you'd likely expect. No topless sunbathing allowed even in the cabana beds and the beds were in high demand - again as you'd likely expect.

Lovely stay, a perfect hotel in a perfect location. Our only challenge was that on busy days there are not enough sun loungers for the guests at the hotel which does create a problem with people reserving the beds with items and then not using them for long periods of the day. This was the only minor difficulty, and the hotel staff tried to address it with signage when we spoke to them about it. Brilliant hotel with great service though and would thoroughly recommend

We had a cosy garden room, which I would recommend for a weekend stay, if you are not planning to spend much time in the room. If you are than go for a slightly bigger room, still with the garden view, which is lovely. The room is equipped with USB chargers taking away the pain of converters, etc. Toiletries are all Natura Bisse - lovely! The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous, lingering Natura Bisse scent in the hallway. In a perfect location too for sightseeing and right next to the famous “Solar dos Presuntos” restaurant. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. A little mishap with room maintenance, which was beautifully rectified with a bottle of Prosecco (hence the 4* for service). Overall a beautiful stay and I would warmly recommend!

The location is fantastic. It's right where you want to be and walk to shops, the waterfront and cafes. The service is exemplary

Friendly staff , great facilities and location in the old town

The hotel is well located within walking distance to many things. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is well taken care of and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We stayed initially 3 nights and ended up staying a 4th night. My wife and daughters also took advantage of the spa for massages which they enjoyed. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Lisbon
