"On arrival questions about who Expedia.ca was. Booked superior nonsmoking room, twin beds. Taken to gritty room with dbl bed, multiple cig. Burns on bathtub rim. Changed to rm w. twin beds, fewer cig burns. Bathroom grimy, lack of maintenance everywhere. 24 hour/day very loud traffic noise. Not a 4-star hotel as advertised!!! Far too pricey for value."

The second night it felt like i was coming down with something and i started coughing up green phlegm. I was out all day and wheni came back to the room i was in pain again. I looked all over and then shine my flashlight into the Air Conditioner duct. It was COMPLETELY COVERED IN BLACK MOLD. i took a video and went down to show them. "The hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway, it’s sent within a golf country club, which is great. My only inconvenience was unrelated to the hotel, but apparently there’s a venue near by with hugely loud speakers which started music at 4am and it didn't stop probable after 9am. That’s when tranquility ended. "

"Easily the worst "hotel" during our 1-month stay in Myanmar and Thailand. DIRT, everything so used, toilet just disgusting. Nice staff, but completely lost, no english speaking. We all (2+2) woke in the middle of the night needing to leave the place immediately. It was also one of the most expensive places. My advice: better to avoid this place! Ordering a meal here was also a terrible mistake. Only laundry was OK."

"Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Yangon, doch mit einem sehr hilfbereiten Hotelinhaber. Wir sind mit dem Taxi in die Stadt gefahren. Den Preis hat der Inhaber festgemacht 3.500 Kyat und uns die Info gegeben, dass wir zurück nicht mehr wie 4.000 - 5.000 Kyat ausgeben sollten. Auch ansonsten stand er mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Dachterrasse, mit einer sehr guten Küche. Preisleistung absolut gut. "
