"The view was spectacular and the suite was very large. However, despite booking for 5 people, there were only two beds. Yep of my children slept on bed rolls. I know things are a little different in Korea but it’s important to know for international travellers. Additionally, all electronic controls (heat/cool/lights etc) are in Korean so tricky to navigate. Location was perfect and views were obviously stunning."

"This is a nice hotel with great Lake views. Some wear started to appear but overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. They communicated in Korean with no English translation which was a bit frustrating. You also needed to pay extra to use the pool facilities. Guessing that may have been in the information that was sent in Korean. The hotel rectified by giving us a free one day pass, which we appreciated. Overall we had a great stay."

"We stayed in a room facing the ocean with a bit of a city view and the sky capsules ( a must try). The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel has many useful amenities throughout; gym, pool, restaurants, and a laundry. We only tried the deli for delicious pastries and coffee. The gym was really nice, open to a lot of different workouts. The free laundry service was great, but there are limited machines so keep an eye out for availability. Exiting the hotel from the back puts you right on the beach and from the front you are minutes away from some great street food and restaurants. First time in Busan and were really glad we chose this property."

"My fiancé and I stayed here for 4 days during our trip to Busan. We booked a partial ocean view which was wonderful. The staff was very prompt and helpful to us during our stay. Rooms were cleaned to our satisfaction and this hotel was easy to get to."
