Very clean rooms Wide enough rooms Good restaurant Great staff

Great, location and great staff

Clean rooms, gracious and helpful staff, excellent free breakfast, and gorgeous convenient location! It really set me up for a great vacation in Prague!

This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate. The concierge is knowledgeable and the best part is that everything for the most part is with in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the food is first rate. If your 65 or older transit...

What a wonderful hotel! We would definitely stay here again, and we've already recommended the hotel to others. Beyond the welcoming and informed staff, the comfortable room, and the delicious food, we truly enjoyed the impressive art. Loved the music theme and had a great time trying to guess the various artists.

This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Room was very well appointed, comfortable beds. Location was so central yet felt like a quiet Sunday which is remarkable considering the throngs of tourists a few blocks over. 5 star boutique vibes at a very reasonable rate. Your partner will think you are a hero if you book here,...

The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. Food is excellent in the hotel and worth the price, although you have many choices...

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. Alena walked us through a map of Prague and offered suggestions on what to do, Frank drove us to and from the bus station when we took a day trip out of town, and Stefan and Victoria were huge helps throughout the day. Their service and hospitality is unmatched, and my parents and I had a fantastic trip in large part thanks...

I love this hotel, I stay here every time I come to Prague and am always blown away by how kind the staff is. Central to all Prague has to offer too. Definitely stay here if you’re planning a trip!

Very nice hotel انصح به وبشدة

Excellent location right next to the Chalfes bridge which connects the Prague castle to the old town- so you can walk left or right and be close to all the main attractions. Even though the bridge itself can be filled with tourists, the hotel is in a nice quiet spot. Definitely recommend to stay here ..

An absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. From location, to staff, bedroom (we received an upgrade to one of the apartments) and breakfast, including everything else in between, simply fantastic!! We’ll be back for sure!

Great location in the heart of the Old Town but in a quiet nook away from tourist traffic. Warm, attentive staff, from receptionists to breakfast crew. Excellent breakfast with a variety of foods from eggs and sausages, beans and veggies to yogurt and homemade pastries. Coffee and tea was available at all times in the lobby, much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. Clean and cozy room with traditional charm and framed Art nouveau prints. We had a view of Prague rooftops from our window. It...

I usually don’t right reviews, but I am extremely pleased with this hotel if you go to Prag definitely consider this hotel. Extremely clean well located delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a very pleasant day.

Great location, excellent breakfast, nice staff.

Charming boutique hotel right around the corner from the main square. We stayed on the top floor with exposed beams. The room was so charming. The bathroom was very nice an up to date but a bit crowded for two. The breakfast was very tasty with a nice assortment of breads/rolls, cheese, meats, and also hot items. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice staff, yummy restaurant in the lobby, spacious clean rooms. No complaints other than some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator so it’s possible that you’d have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Also, would have hoped to be able to purchase air mail stamps to mail my kiddo a post card considering it used to be a post...

Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

Staff is great. Super quiet and safe area.
