Wonderful well-located hotel, within easy walking distance to all that central Singapore has to offer. Excellent staff that is very attuned to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. The staff was very helpful and always helped us book a taxi when we needed it. They were even able to book a large taxi to accommodate all our luggage when we checked out and were headed to the airport. We also had a super late check-in when we first arrived (around 0200) and had no issues checking in. Everything went smoothly. Checking in was very easy and even though we got there a little early we were able to visit the shopping center near it to have some food while we waited which was very nice. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the mrt entrance was close and very convenient.

Love the breakfast , it’s neat and tasty , everyday has slightly different cuisine, pretty match western and south eastern taste ! Also, great location, only 3 mins walking distance to Rochor station and Burlington Square .

I stayed at the Summer View Hotel for three nights in July 2015. I traveled alone, but my room had two twin beds. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean. There were also several power outlets. The elevator is fast too. The only problem I had was with the bath plug; it didn’t work. This is really nicely designed, very pretty hotel near enough to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet. We booked this hotel partially because of the lush landscaping around the pool, ended up not making it to the pool during our stay, but enjoyed our room and the hotel in general very much. I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi. The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am. On arrival to the hotel they delivered my bags to my room while I registered. They also provide a welcome drink. This is a beautiful property and very conveniently located to a lot of attractions, food, shopping, and even a casino. It's also not too far from the beach. This is definitely more of a touristy location as opposed to staying in the city and getting a more local experience. But I loved it! It was super hot when we came so we spent a lot of time at the pool. The pool area is beautiful and so much room to spread out. I would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely a stellar experience. Staff is first rate. Location is perfect and convenient to just about everything. The room is outstanding. The shower is THE best I have ever experienced anywhere, period. Not an inexpensive property, BUT well worth the price of admission for a perfect Singapore stay.

Walking distance to Siloso and Palawan beaches!

The Carleton is my #1 choice when in Singapore The value and location is my main reasons for choosing the Carleton over all other hotels in the area. The Raffles Hotel, Chines and Raffles City mall is literally a walk across the street. There is a food pavilion with small restaurants and bars with live entertainment and TV's for sports in the lower courtyard. The MRT is a short walk.
