"Very friendly staff."

"Vi bestilte to premium rom på hotellet, litt basert på bildene hotellet selv hadde tatt. Bildene viser nok en mer stylet versjon enn virkeligheten, men rommene var ganske store og sengene store og behagelige. Servicen på hotellet var utmerket, og praktisk med restaurant vegg i vegg. God frokost. Ca 5 minutter med taxi fra Plaza de Armas var også greit. Minus for at det ikke var vannkoker og hårføner på rommet, og mye tepper på gulvet er nok ikke så allergivennlig. Men vi hadde fine dager med...

"hotel muy bonito, cerca del centro turistico. Agua caliente, wifi funciona bien, la cama comoda, hay una pequeña terraza con vista al rio. El personal es muy amable y disponible. Gracias por su bienvenida. Desayuno completo y sabroso. Volvere sin duda en un próximo viaje."

"La habitación olia terrible. Las cobijas super pesadas. Colchon incomodo, muy blando. Ruido desde 4 Am no deja dormir. Desayuno solo tenia opcion de jugo, pan y cafe. Pan durisimo."

"My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was great. The woman at the front desk was very helpful! The breakfast in the morning was nice including fresh juice. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas or a short taxi ride for 5 soles. The only draw back was there was no heating or air conditioning in the room. The only ventilation we had was if we openned our doors to the balcony. The balcony was shared with 2 other rooms. While we were there no one else stayed...

"One of the most beautiful hotels of our travels. The rooms are spacious, very indivually furnished. The staff speaks english very well and is extremly helpfull. The breakfast room is splendid with a great view of the two volcanos Misti and Chachani. Our undivided recommendation for this house!"

"Nous n’avons pas arrêté de prolonger notre séjour à Arequipa et dans cet hôtel très agréable, grande chambre, certaines avec balcon. Grande bâtisse coloniale à quelques pâtés de maison du centre historique. Le jardin est super agréable. Un des meilleurs petits déjeuners de nos 2 mois au Pérou (jus frais qui change quotidiennement, œufs, olive, céréales, pain). Mais le gros plus de cet hôtel c’est le personnel : tout le monde est d’une gentillesse incroyable Possibilité de garer sa voiture "
