This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. This property is a few months old and is still sparkling new. I came through Lima last month and stayed at the JW Marriott. I didn’t enjoy my stay there and am thrilled I booked the Pullman instead on my return. The hotel is smaller but the staff, guest rooms, service and amenities are all beyond what I expected. Amazing experience. Food is great, service is great, internet is SUPER fast and reliable, bed is comfy, the area is nice, the hotel is beautiful, fully recommend.
The only annoying thing is the shower because it leaks water all over the bathroom.
Absolutely love my stay. Super clean. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was wonderful cause its right in the middle of the financial district. Many stores near by. I didn't pack enough close and was able to walk next door to Zara. Only thing I wish is if they have more available spa treatments. Tip: book all your spa treatments in advance. The price is really reasonable which is why everything was fully booked.
This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!
Great location. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Complimentary bottles of water every day with a filtered water dispenser machine in the lobby. It wasn’t a big deal to us, but there is no pool in this property and no privacy bathrooms.
Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival.

I have been traveling to Lima several times ver the last 10 years. I always select Tierra Viva Miraflores at Gral. Mendiburu. The staff is just superb - from check-in to breakfast to assistance with taxis, etc. Suggest selecting a room facing the inside courtyard for lower steer noise.
I was there for 10 days & felt at home. Staff was amazing, friendly, courteous & helpful. Great neighborhood. Close to banks, shops & restaurants. I will stay there again. And I highly recommended this hotel. 5 Stars
After spending 2 weeks in Peru booking "charming" boutique hotels, I needed to be in a sophisticated, comtemporary hotel and this hotel superceded my requirements. Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. Quiet. Upmarket area. Walkable to Park Kennedy and the coast as well as shops, restaurants and mini markets. Staff were helpful. We arranged an airport shuttle in advance through the hotel. Good buffet breakfast included. Lovely welcome drink was a nice surprise.
