The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. The shower has great water pressure and two shower heads. Breakfast in the morning was great. We were happy with everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

This is a wonderful “value” hotel that we stay in often. Comfortable, clean, nice rooms with a great tv, and an awesome staff, from check-in, to breakfast staff to just running into staff in the elevator, so friendly, kind, and attentive. Well done to all involved at this property.

My Fiance and I just stayed here for a Post-Birthday/Anniversary/Valentines Day celebration. These guys did a phenomenal job of accommodating us and really going that extra mile to make our adventure even more memorable.

The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. I had a good night sleep because it had a comfortable bed. Totally recommend.

The staff was extremely nice, caring and helpful. They wanted to accommodate my son and me as much as possible. I asked if my son can practice his violin since he was playing an audition at Eastman, and they put him in a separate room making sure that he is comfortable in there. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was great. Check in was super fast as I had prepaid while booking. Room was clean and linen/towels were fresh. I had called up before visiting and the receptionist pointed out that I had a smoking room (my mistake). He changed it to nonsmoking and I had no trouble next day. Breakfast was great (sausages, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, cereals, toasts, pancakes, milk, juice, etc). Person managing the breakfast on the first day was an older lady and was...

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

The elevator actually worked properly. That is a rarity. Attached restaurant was a great thing due to blizzard weather conditions. Bartender was on point!

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The owners were welcoming and sweet. We were upgraded to a beautiful room. The room was stylish, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh brewed coffee, fresh squeezed juice, pastries, salmon toast, and crepes! Overall experience was amazing.

Lovely staff, clean and safe!

Great stay. Lobby and Room were clean and well prepared. Parking lot was full when i arrived, about 9pm, but they share the parking garage across the street with the Play museum. It's just across the street, but i would recommend getting your bags to the room before you park. Good breakfast, nothing more than you would expect, but a lot of seating and options.
