"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. "

This was a fabulously beautiful ryokan With wonderful service, beautiful rooms that were large and with an ocean view. The staff speak adequate English. From the moment you walk in the lobby a sense of peace and serenity surrounds you.The onsen was on the top floor in some beautiful rock garden ledges with a great view. You could not find a more peaceful and pleasant place. We had one meal there which was a really nice, tasty omekasa.The only problem with it for someone not from Japan or who...

Iwabuchi-san,Takenouchi-san and Amid was very helpful and efficient. Also close to train station and grocery store and mall. Will stay there again and will let friends know about this hotel.
Walkable (via outside) distance from the airport. They have a special check-in and check-out machines at the front desk to prevent the virus contact, and an English-speaking staff helped me using the machine. Cozy room with a card key. One unhappy thing (not related directly to the hotel) was that the cashier at the convenience store (FamilyMart) on the ground floor of the hotel's property—I encountered two young girl as a cashier at different time, and both of them didn't speak English at all....
I arrived late and tired and the desk personnel were quick, courteous, had my paperwork on the counter and I was in my room in 5 minutes!
It is also on the train line just 2 exits from Nagoya Airport, and I had an early morning flight!
If you like Japan this hotel should be on your bucket list. Located right on the beach in Minamichita and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Our room had a spectacular sea view. We had dinner at the Seaside Capri restaurant next door. The waiter had an Ipad with a picture menu for us. Being a typical Japanese Ryokan you change into a yukata. (The yukata is a casual version of the kimono.)
After dinner we went to the 3rd floor where there are 2 first come first serve hot...
