Service depends, not excellent 100% of the time, sometimes really slow and sometimes just did not happen. Hotel is quite old, but ok, you just sleep at the room. "Pousada Staff goes the extra mile, location good for beach vacationers. Walk to historic city center is quite a challenge. Property well kept with a nice pool area & great sauna with open access. Overall would rate 4.5 "

"Pousada Pier do Pontal was a perfect choice for me as a woman traveling by myself. It is charming, clean, and the staff were wonderful. It was only a $2 Uber ride from the airport. It is right on the water with a beautiful view. I will return should I pass through the area again!"

"O lugar é maravilhoso. A vista, a paisagem, a estrutura e decoração da pousada são lindíssimas. Pousada frente mar muito agradável, com estacionamento e piscina. Almocei e jantei e a comida é muito saborosa e linda a apresentação. O quarto é giganteas poderiam modernizar porque aparenta ser antigo. Mas nada que desabone. Chuveiro bom e cafe da manhã bom com ovos e tapiocas feitas na hora."
