Hotels in Pil-dong

PERFECT LOCATION! It is in a quiet location with access to public transport at your fingertips. Nice and central. My room was clean and comfortable bed! The only thing they did not provide were FACE CLOTHS, but I found that was every hotel in Korea when I went to Jinju and Busan. Definitely, use the Airport Shuttle bus, it’s a third of the price by taxi or designated driver as I found out later. Very centrally located in Myeongdong, steps away from the major shopping area district. The hotel is only a few months old, but very clean and convenient. They have an industrial washer and dryer on every floor , which was great to use nightly. Next to that there’s a coffee machine with fresh grinds, we took advantage of that every morning. Polite, nice, helpful, english speaking staffs. Walkable shopping and dining choices. Hotel is in Meongdong area which is nice, you're close to the action yet the hotel is quiet and close to nature. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building. Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.

I tried to find a reason not to give Acube a 5, but I just can't find one. Probably the only improvement opportunity is the snack selection, but you can walk 2 minutes down the block and find more of those. The location is perfect for the subway, the airport bus, shopping, site seeing and food so, what more could you ask. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

The hotel staff was amazing especially the night shift lady greeter. She was always smiling and I witnessed her assisting so many people of different nationalities with their questions. Having her in your staff is what will keep me coming back when I visit Seoul.

This properly is located near the shopping areas and aboilut 10 min away from the Palace and Secret Garden. This property is in prime location and is walking distance to local subway system. Thr facility has a self-serve laundry room which was a great amenity to have.

Very nice hotel and in the middle of everything. Walking is good from each market and neighborhood. Hotel rooms also have US 110v outlets as well as a plus! Staff is really nice and attentive
