"Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though.
Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! "

What I like most about this place is it is absolutely a hide paradise with a beautiful views a full accommodation sauna, steam room , summing pool and breakfast in bed or your choice anywhere you want with out any extra charge .Most of the time we chose the garden area with beautiful Palm tree and birds sound in the morning . I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. There were multiple pools for swimming laps, the gym was huge and had many fully functional treadmills as well other equipment. The surrounding neighborhood was nice with plenty of shops.
The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service.
That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
If they moved a bit quicker, I would have appreciated it even more-so!

Very nice staff and a very good check-in and welcome. The room was huge and extremely comfortable including a kitchen. The bathroom was great - large modern and clean. One morning there was no water in the shower and they got it fixed immediately. The breakfast was really good as was the service. The breakfast room and bar are open air on the top so offer very nice views of the city. The gym has three exercise bikes and that really helps in a city like Kampala where it is hard to walk/run.
