Hotels in Southside

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Coffee in the lounge in the morning is a great perk. The coffee is excellent!"

"The room and hotel is clean enough. It is just dated and in need of Reno. Staff is great. The hotel is right beside the railway tracks but is surprisingly quiet. Convenient location to Whitemud."

"Had a conference here, stay was great, Good food here and friendly staff."

"Great location, fairly close to South Common. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of both hot and cold items. Parking was easy and convenient. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Clean room with free breakfast, Overall, reliable for a good night sleep."

"The front desk staff are helpful, and the other staff we met are friendly. The breakfast is good. There is underground parking. There is a swimming pool and a large gym. The air conditioner is noisy. We brought our own shampoo and soap."

"Location very central to our needs. Easy access to South Common, Costco, WEM, and specialty stores. Enjoyed the breakfast and room was clean. Though parking was plentiful hopefully the spots will be re-painted as some people park a bit randomly."

"Walking distance to the concert venue Midway. Nice staff. Parking is easy. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, but the real bonus was the location and surrounding amenities. My favorite coffee shop, grocery store, numero7s lunch and dinner choices and even had my oil changed and truck washed within sight of the hotel. Just minutes from anywhere in the city. Looking forward to our next stay."

"Train drives by often, it's next to the tracks. Very old and run down. But, comfortable and cheap, if you're just looking for a bed. All rooms are on the second (third) floor, no elevator, stairs only. Decent location, Walmart and lots of restaurants, etc, are across the street."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of things to do in the immediate area and considering it’s right beside a major road it was actually very quiet. Every now and then you would hear a train close behind the building, but I didn’t mind that at all."

"Good location for somewhere to stay for a ‘boys night out’ close to the venues we attended. Easy to find"

"Very quiet - not right on the main road which i appreciated. Very close to shopping and the businesses i needed."

"Very quiet room, attentive staff, and nice breakfast. Location is central to South Common for shipping, and Whyte Avenue for dining and cool shops."

"Nice hotel. Front desk girl whatever her name was was super nice. Breakfast was good. I’ll stay again. "

"Great staff, property is clean and very well maintained. The rooms are big and comfortable, Having the kitchenette with a full size fridge is a bonus. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has a great variety of items to choose from and is always being filled by the very friendly attendants. We travel to Edmonton twice a year and this location is where we always stay."

"The hotel room had hardwood floors, which I thought was nice. There was a small fridge, and the king mattress was very comfortable. It had an extra sink outside of the bathroom. The a c was very nice and not stupid loudloud, like many other places i've stayed. Although the place was busy, we still found parking easily. And it was free. My wife had breakfast and they gave her so much that she just brought the plate upstairs for me. Definitely high end. The lobby wasn't busy when I got...

"We stayed here for one night to attend an event in town so not much time spent in the room, but the bed was comfy and lots of space in the room. The included breakfast buffet was also fantastic!"

"Convenient location to Highway, excellent staff, Chop House was outstanding. All in all a great stay."

"Basic but hot breakfast with some good options. The check in process was easy and the staff was friendly. Was greeted by every staff I came across. Clean room and the great city views. Will be back. "
