"Good stay. Nice ocean views. Elevator works but small. Need 10 cents to operate. Breakfast is basic, just a pastry and yogurt, no meat. Friendly staff. Nice room and bathroom."
"We had a lovely stay at PrimoPianoPosillipo, the property was a great location with amazing views. The cleaniness of room was great with a lady who came and cleaned each day and refreshed anything we needed. "
"Good room. All communication via WhatsApp which worked well. Good location. Close to public beach. Close to bus. Good restaurants in the immediate area. We would love to come back here."
"Nice hotel, business hotel in the Northern suburbs of Napoli but the train 2 is 500 metres away from the hotel & takes you right downtown Napoli to Piazza Garibaldi. Very convenient to use the trains ! Metro. Car parking is good & secure. No need for car in Napoli so we just left our car and took metro & trains. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast full & substantial. Some good restaurants across the street."
"Aside from the awkward directions to get to the hotel, this property was incredibly clean with great staff and awesome breakfast. Highly recommend it"
"When we arrived the first day our room was less than desirable but the front desk switched us to a beautiful ocean front room for our remaining two days. Thank you to Giuseppe for all his help !!"
"Beautiful hotel. Rooms
Modern, clean, rooftop restaurant fantastic. Hotel in right across the train station, minutes from spaccanapoli and coffee shops. Parking in a nearby lot was easy and only 20euro. Definitely stay again!"
"Exceeded my expectations. Right in the heart of old Naples. Lots of food and a small grocery store nearby. Our room had a terrace and it was absolutely lovely. I would definitely stay there again."
"It’s located 5 mins walk from the central station.
Easy to find.
Lots of restaurants around.
The room is clean and spacious with 24 hours concierge. The reception is very nice and helpful."
"Lived our trip here, the hotel is very central for Herculaneum and the station to Naples and Pompei. We were greeting by the staff who were lovely and helpful and gave us a full tour. The room was gorgeous and very spacious, the pool area was great and the food was lovely. Thoroughly recommend"
"A bit far away from a central area. Otherwise attentive service, supportive to assist me contacting the taxi company for a forgotten item. Excellent breakfast with Napoli food assortment, freshly pressed orange juice. Beautiful building. "
"Very nice hotel located at the center of Sorrento. 10 minutes walking to the train station and to the ferry port.
Rooms are very clean.
Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Included breakfast is delicious with plenty of options.
Will definitely stay again."
"You can feel very confident booking this hotel. It is an oasis of calm in a very busy area of Naples. Room was spotless and modern, staff friendly and efficient, good breakfast selection, private parking with elevator from underground parking to your floor."

Good stay. Nice ocean views. Elevator works but small. Need 10 cents to operate. Breakfast is basic, just a pastry and yogurt, no meat. Friendly staff. Nice room and bathroom.
The path winding through the cliffs to the small bar and lounge chairs along the water is very unique. Very small wading pool on upper terrace. Classic double room was small and non-descript. Disappointed with the size of balcony and the sea view from room!
After a busy week in Rome for our 15th wedding anniversary, my husband and I escaped via train and ferry to Capri.
As we pulled into port, we called the Excelsior Parco as instructed, and in less than 5 minutes, we were picked up in a private car by our driver that quickly took our bags, opened our doors, and drove us to this beautiful villa. I cannot express how attentive the entire staff was for our stay--the moment we arrived, both villa doors were opened by smiling faces, and we were...
This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. Lovely place
Loved this place! It was in a perfect hilltop setting with the most beautiful panoramic views... the rooms are gorgeous and the entire staff goes out of their way to accommodate your every need!!!! Would definitely go back!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous grounds. Large elegant lobby and dining rooms with views of Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Our room was not in the main hotel and was too small and lacking amenities. Bathroom was ok. Maybe that's a problem if you book through Hotels.com where the worst rooms are set aside?
This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff (serving, concierge, bellman, maids - all of them) were the warmest, most sincere and helpful people. It was really a pleasure staying here. The views were lovely, and the room was authentic old Italian - with pretty tiled floors. Even though they didn't know we were bringing a toddler (who generally sleeps with us), they gave us a big two-room suite, where he had his own twin bed. Even though the bed was way too hard for my...
I absolutely love this hotel. Have stayed there several times and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else. The location is so convenient to the square and right in the middle of al the activity. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is always delicious. Mario does a wonderful job making sure everyone has anything they want for breakfast.
We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! A very service oriented hotel and very accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento which makes it extremely easy to get around. The Conceige is very knowledgeable and has wonderful recommendations and advice for restaurants and things to do. If you can, don't miss their rooftop sunset event. The sunset is exceptional from there. A gem on the Amafi Coast.
Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.
Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!
We stayed here recently, family of four with two kids. The hotel is neat and clean, modern looking and the the food is amazing, especially the buffet breakfast which is included in the price. The location can't be beat, it's right in front of the pompei ruins and there are awesome food places right near the hotel. The staff were amazing too. I would love to stay again at this hotel.
Our first trip to Sorrento, and we couldn't have a picked a more perfect hotel. The hotel, more like a private guesthouse is centrally situated on the piazza with short, colorful walks to everything, including the train/bus station. There are cozy cobblestone streets with shops and wonderful restaurants. Most of all, La Piazzetta is most welcoming with smiling helpful staff, and big, bright, clean and thoroughly indulgent modern rooms. We felt we hit the jackpot with our superior corner room,...
As many other reviewers mentioned, it's a great hotel for the money. The hotel is run by Antonio and Paulo (father and son) who speak very good English and are very helpful with recommendations.
Breakfast: a good choice of fruits, meat cuts, cheese, cereal, coffee, etc.
Rooms: Good size. Modest, but have everything you need
Location: Quiet street. About 5-10 minwalk from S. Agnello station (next to last train stop). About 15-20 min walk from Sorrento city center
Warning: Google maps hotel...
