"I highly recommend the Smart Hotel Napoli. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It’s close to transportation to many Napolitano locations and landmarks. Hotel is very clean and modern. Great place to stay while visiting Naples."
"Our stay at Napoli Tree was excellent from start to finish. We were sent instructions for our late night check-in, The suite was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so accommodating. We stayed in the Quadruple Room (4 of us). Great location, near the waterfront. Highly recommend!"
"Everything was exactly as advertised. A warm and welcoming staff, solid AC, rooftop deck with a beautiful view of Naples, and a location tucked into the backstreets."
"Great location, though a little tough to find the entrance. We walked by the door a few times not knowing it was there. Staff were so kind, and the room was comfortable. The building is a little older but it felt clean. Breakfast was also a nice touch - in a beautiful room!"
"Awesome staff! There is a bar set up in the beautiful breakfast in the evening and the gentleman who made the drinks gave us excellent restaurant advice. The hotel is in a very good historic part of central Naples."
"The staff were all very lovely and they made us feel welcome. The bed was surprisingly big and the air condition was great.
Breakfast was great however there wasn’t a lot of savory options or bread which was too bad."
"We had to stay in this place only for one night but enjoyed it very much. Location was very good, central, we were able to walk to the place for the hop-on hop-off tour bus, to the castle and to the promenade on the sea. Our host Raffaele was wonderful: he gave us very clear directions to this place, recommended excellent places for dinner, we had a delicious welcome pastry in the room, he also helped with ordering a taxi for us for the early morning next day, and brought a breakfast to the room...
"The Staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful too. Very close to the center of town. Very walkable. The area isn’t the most beautiful, but that’s what the center of town is like in Naples. I felt safe. I would recommend this hotel. "
"Very central location, easy access towards Naples. Large rooms, could be some noise during late nights in weekends. But not an issue for us. Nice breakfast with service minded and attentive staff. Will visit again."

These accommodations were fabulous! Weren’t exactly sure where to go when the uber dropped us off but our host was so helpful! Once we went inside, wow! Just beautiful and high end! It had everything we needed and wanted! Right outside were restaurants and coffee. It was a short walk to the port where we got a ferry to Amalfi and Positano. So clean and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again!!
I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was extremely clean, modern, and beautifully designed. I loved the unique style and attention to detail, especially the lighting, mirrors, bold colors, and the “Where is my mind?” neon sign above the bed. It gave the room so much personality and made it feel different from a typical hotel room.
The bed was comfortable and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The bathroom was especially impressive. I loved the modern design, illuminated mirror,...
Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. Taxis have no trouble finding it or dropping you off. Once there, you go past an entry gate...
I strongly recommend staying at Palazzo Doria Napoli. The hotel is an experience unto itself. It was conveniently located (short taxi ride from the airport and to the central train station), including walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. The rooms were incredibly clean, decadent, and stylish. The staff were responsive and offered helpful recommendations for dining, and navigating locally.
Excellent last minute booking and stay at Gallery experience due to a canceled flight from NAP. This hotel is not setup like a traditional hotel and instead is a large converted flat which has 5 or 6 suites, I stayed in the Blue Suite. The units are on the 2nd floor with elevator access. I believe the manager is only on site when there is a check in or check out, so be sure to contact them before you arrive and check your email for instructions after you book. It also looked like they had a...
One of the best stays we have had ever. Hotel is discrete but easy to find, staff was very pleasant, helpful and kid friendly, our room was clean, spacious and had beautiful views from the balconies, breakfast was fresh and delicious! We would go back in a heart beat!
The condominium was very clean, spacious, good size for 3 to 4 people. Masimo warmly welcomed us despite us arriving late (8pm) from Capri on July 4. The unit includes breakfast in a Cafe with great pastries and coffee within 2 minute walk. It is conveniently located near a bank, farmer’s market, mailing center and copy center(great for those working remotely). Masimo was very helpful, going beyond his means to assist us, recommended good places to eat. Condominium is modern with good interiors...
The property was beautiful! It was an older building but maintained very well!! We loved our room. It was a very clean facility as well. Our host Claudio was extremely welcoming & went above & beyond to help with booking taxis, recommending places to eat & we loved our breakfast!! My husband & I were so very pleased with everything! We would definitely recommend!!
This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it.
Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all.
Finding the hotel via car is virtually impossible because- 1. GPS/Apple maps/Google maps don't work in...
I don't know if I have the words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. From arriving and getting a snack and drink to greet us to Guiliana's concern that we had everything we needed for our longer than typical B&B stay (we stayed almost 2 weeks) the Napolinn was the absolute perfect spot to us to stay. The accomodations were wonderful, of course, but more importantly the graciousness and hospitality were outstanding. Every morning we were greeted with a wonderful selection of local...
The host, Angelo, was very accommodating and helpful. Not only did he greet us with great energy and friendliness, but he was also a great “tour guide” and provided us with a map and a lot of suggestions for places to visit while in Naples, which was very helpful. We would strongly recommended this B&B to any of our friends and family!
The owners of B&B Cupole e Campanili are FANTASTIC!
Very friendly & accomodating.
The location is a little hard to find at 1st because there is no sign for "B&B Cupole a Campanili" outside.
But just look fot the big dark green metal door / wall, & push the room code & them chime button, marked "Romeo Perilli".
The room is spacious & clean, & the bed is comfortable.
10/10 for me!!!
Will definitely stay here again when I return to Naples!
