"We were offered a room upgrade for a fee. I usually book the cheapest room. However, the staff took the time to explain what was included and allow me to calculate the value and gave me a minute to decide if it was worth it to me. I ended up taking the upgrade. I appreciate the kind, friendly staff!"

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The front desk staff were INCREDIBLE, the breakfast staff were always so helpful and pleasant and everything was so clean (including the pool which I find is usually not well maintained elsewhere). I was so impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting the area! Again, 5 stars for the front desk staff, they blew me away."
