"Room was excellent very clean and very comfy bed, although a little chilly. Hotel is clean very nicely fitted out, staff very helpful and breakfast was great, good range, fresh and hot."
"Tiny shower space with soap etc dispensers in the perfect spot for your elbows, much better places to put them, but the speed of hot water and the water pressure were amazing. Bathrobes would suit female size 8 or smaller.
The internet in the hotel was awful. 1bar 4G. Impossible to work with it and we were on a business trip. Housekeeping was terrible, you must be out of the room and they must be in the room on their own with the door shut for 30 mins? Closeness to the shopping centre was excellent but £26 per day was frightfully expensive for parking. Later we found there was parking elsewhere for £3 per night. Breakfast, if not included in your booking, is £26 + taxes of some sort, but we found out one morning from the restaurant reception that if we went through reception its only £21 so we tried booking with reception one morning but were told no, that only works if you book one day ahead! Bit of a con. Park view is not looking at a park! It's looking at other close by high risers with a bit of greenery. We had 7nites 2 rooms. Despite my complaints, it was a nice room, bed was great, aircon was efficient, we arrived from a very early flight from Australia and they let us check into one of our rooms at 7:30am, much appreciated after a 24 hour flight. Close to multiple train lines. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and knowing what I know now I would probably go back but with different expectations."
