"Ridiculously clean room with lots of space, a kitchenette, separate bathroom and dressing area. The location was about 2 minutes from a tram stop that takes you into the centre in about 10 minutes. Nearby there are loads of great food options, a park (featuring a vineyard and beautiful grotto), and I also walked in about 20 minutes to an amazing sunset spot in the city.
The check in/check out is the simplest I have ever encountered. I was in my room after literally a minute of arriving by taxi!"

Our stay was great. There were 3 in our party and we stayed in the Penthouse. It was very clean and roomy, and we enjoyed the character of the building. I had forgotten to notify the staff that we were arriving early, and they were very accommodating and let us check in without a problem. Public transportation to and from the hotel was easy and convenient.
Good location, close to center by car, I'm not sure about by metro. Best hotel I've been at in Prague I've been to multiple. The staff was very friendly which is difficult to find in Prague. Breakfast was really nice too. Would recommend this place for a comfortable, easy stay

This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. We had a great stay! The rooms are clean, it’s quiet, there’s A/C, and beds are comfortable. The location is also great, an easy 10-15 minute walk away from main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always offering a free drink in the lobby. If traveling to Prague, I would 100% recommend staying here for a relaxing stay!

Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice staff, yummy restaurant in the lobby, spacious clean rooms. No complaints other than some rooms aren’t accessible by elevator so it’s possible that you’d have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate.
The concierge is knowledgeable and the best part is that everything for the most part is with in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the food is first rate.
