"Location is very good."

"Friendly and efficient staffs"

"Clean and quite. We had a great stay. "

"Great - cute - great area - great service - really cool - this was the nicest interior room that we stayed at on our trip, best amenities, bathroom size. Best of all. "

"everything was fantastic. clean room, great amenities, helpful staff!"

"I stayed for 3 nights for a concert at Osaka-jō Hall, and the hotel location was literally next to the venue. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, the buffet breakfast had Japanese and western styles. I particularly appreciated that they offered both Yamato and the cheaper Sagawa luggage delivery service."

"Room is clean, some of the bathroom shower areas were a little rougher on the edges, Room in general was clean, AC works amazing, onsen was lovely has everything you would need and expect. Post onsen popsicle and yakult is very nice. They include pajamas and slippers to wear to the onsen. Definitely one of my favorite places. Conveniently close to dotonbori but some road noise and train track noise could be heard; Easy to access train stations "

"Perfect hotel in Osaka. Not far from namba station. Staff were great. Hotel has a great food hall. Street here is busy but not as busy as the tourists spots. Everything is pretty close depending on what your looking to do in Osaka"

"Amazing all around, same for their location in Tokyo."

"It was an amazing stay friendly staff and great location"

"This hotel was a pleasant way to start our trip to Japan. The rooms are small, but functional - and having connecting rooms served us well. The breakfast at Yakinikuen was a great way to kick off each day. "

"Love the location, can’t beat it. As soon as you’re off the elevator, Namba and Dotonbori is right there! If you chose to have the lounge access, it’s open from 2pm to 9:30pm. It technically closes at 10:00pm, but they start shutting everything down by 9:30pm. Free soft drinks, beer, sake, wine and some hards. Pancakes and chips, nuts and cheese. Good to chill after a long day of shopping and touring."

"Stat 100%dry: the underground route to Dotonbori. If you want to head to Dotonbori without worrying about rain, your best bet is staying near Namba Station (Nankai, Midosuji Line, or JR Namba) and walking through Namba Walk. It is a massive, air-conditioned underground shopping avenue spanning over 700 meters. Packed with casual eateries, ramen spots, bakeries, cafes, fashion boutiques, and souvenir shops. Walk straight under the streets with zero rain, then pop up right near the covered arcades...

"Right at the heart of Shinsaibashi. No need to cross the streets as the hotel is connected to underground subway train station(Midosuji—red train line) also connected underground with Daimaru and Parco Department Stores. Dotonburi is just 10 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. All toiletries are provided. I will get this hotel again when visiting Osaka."

"KOKO Hotal Osaka Shinsaibashi is excellent. Rooms are big for Japanese city standards, the location is fantastic (very close to restaurants -- there is a Krispy Creme 2 minutes walking distance which is quite nice, a Wagyu cozy restaurant literally across the street, various convenience stores nearby, Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping street and subway station less than 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel restaurant is nice with a very affordable breakfast (it was 1,980 yen when I was there). Very nice...

"Great amenities, close to train stations and main attractions such as Dotonbori."

"Great hotel close to both Dotonbori, Den Den Town and the Subway. Friendly staff, regular size room and a free coffee/ice coffee machine in the lobby! When I go back go Osaka, I will stay here again! :)"

"In a very nice area by park garden Namba. Convenient to all trains and shopping. Really beautiful hotel!"

"The rooms were clean but its the Japanese style sized rooms which was fine because it was just me and my friend staying. But the room was really tight especially with big luggages. Breakfast buffet was amazing tho!"

"Me and my sister had an amazing stay here! Room was clean and spacious"
