"Great hotel in old town.
Even though from outside it doesn't look special, the room was really really nice, spacious, clean and modern.
Abdullah assisted us in a very friendly and professional way.
This is for sure on our list in case we're back in Istanbul."
"Clean and spacious room. Nice staff.
Location is right in the heart of Sultanahmet, which makes it very convenient.
Overall, will stay in this hotel again."
"A well situated hotel, a short walk from the key sites in the old city and close to transport.
Very friendly and helpful staff. A homely atmosphere in a lovely old building."
"Right in the middle of most of historic sites. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topaki Palace, Basilica Cistern, the park, several bazaars - all of that in walking distance. Multiple authentic restaurants on the same short street."

The hotel is new, the rooms are very clean and stylish. My room even had a balcony. Walking distance to the old town sites. Nice breakfast spread. The hotel team is absolutely the best: helpful, welcoming and very accommodating ❤️
Istanbul is a great city and you can't find a better location than hotel Sultania. All the main attractions (topkapi palace, hagia sophia, basilic cistern, blu mosque, Egyptian bazaar) are within walking distance, the longest we walked was to the grand bazaar which was about 1 km. However, the tram is right around the corner if you don't like to walk, and is very frequent. Even the ferries to galata and the Asian side are walking distance.
The hotel and the hotel staff are extraordinary. They...
Marius hotel and its staff were FANTASTIC. I stayed alone but I will be coming back to Istanbul with my wife and my children and I will definitely stay in Marius Hotel again. This hotel is just opened and it is VERY clean. I felt very welcomed, the breakfast I had was delicious with a very good variety and the best cappaccinos. The bathroom and bedrooms were cleaned everyday, with really cute surprises made by the cleaners with the towels. They also arrange the airport transfer early in the...
A gem of a find- I thought we were headed to the Four Seasons Istanbul until I found this Marriot Bonvoy hotel as a completely overhauled historical building blocks from the Bosphorous and from the top sites in Istanbul. The architectural and interior design details are impeccable, but pale in comparison to the top notch staff that give a different meaning to hospitality. When Yigit the concierge met me he said that I had broken his heart by not responding to his heartfelt emails in wanting to...
This hotel is clean and the staff is so nice and helpful, the area is touristic and you the location is strategic. The hotel is also safe. I recommend 👌
Great hotel right in the "thick of it". Rooms are small but neat and well put together and comfortable. Above everything, seeing the guys at reception every day was a blessing -- they were super attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful about Istanbul. Be aware it's RIGHT in the happening part of Sultanahmet so there's a loud street below which we could still hear at night from the 6th floor, ie when a siren went off. Not an issue for us but something to know.
Overall we were very satisfied and...
I was anxious and didn't know what to expect from this hotel, but to my surprise it turned out to be a gem, excellent location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Market, comfortable, very good quality facilities and bed and bath linen, no noise, very welcoming reception with quick service , impeccable cleanliness of the room, exceptional quality breakfast, in short, all the services very well provided and, finally, an excellent staff. I could mention some names, but it would be...
Strategic location, just minutes walk to Istanbul tourist attractions, tram and metro subway… , room is a bit
small but it is ok for a solo traveler (or may be young couple who travel light), property is clean and properly manage 👍
Overall we loved it. The stuff were good. The room were clean and the bedding was good. We lov3d how close to the metro it was. 2min walk. In th3 middle of the market. Could find food until 12am. Accessible to pharmacy and other things. Tram 5mins walk. Taxi was very easy to find too but unfortunately we came in july/august when the country has peaked in tourism so finding taxi in that sense was hard because they were pre-booked.
2 things about the country in general though.
1. Turkish people...
Excellent hotel in the heart of beautiful Istanbul! The room is very beautiful. The breakfast is good. The staff is great! Thank you for the fantastic stay! When I come to Istanbul I will stay with you again!
We enjoyed the hotel very much. The hotel is very modern. Location is key. You can easily walk to all the attractions in the old town of Istanbul within 10-15 minutes. The roof bar will give you great views over Bosfor.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The TV is connected to many European, African, Middle Eastern & Asian channels in case you want to catch up on the news from other countries. The location is perfect & walkable to all major attractions too.
I enjoyed my stay and will stay again next time I’m in Istanbul.
