Wonderful well-located hotel, within easy walking distance to all that central Singapore has to offer. Excellent staff that is very attuned to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

All necessary things are furnished and prepared especially a landry machine is buld in, and all things kichen related are ready to use. Very nice for saying more than 5 days in Singapore. Breakfast is served complimentary except Sunday. Room cleaning/linen refreshing are not avilalbe on Sunday either. This is only thing I feel if it would be better. Local nice lovely restrants and very local-local shops are very close near by. I would choose this at home hotel again rather than other...

Great stay and very easy to find and navigate the area. It was a clean and comfortable place with helpful staff. I would recommend the place and location for those interested in visiting the area.

I wish I knew that there is a MTR in City Square Mall. I had to walk Sejal Besar to the hotel.

Everything was great except that at the time we arrived, there were eight of us going into 2 rooms on diff floors but the whole family wanted to see each other’s room so all eight of us was going into one when one of the hotel housekeepers saw all of us and was shouting at us telling us “ too much people you need 2 rooms”. We said we had to rooms but she keep on telling us get two rooms. We just ignore here but didn’t report it.

I booked 1 night mini staycation for a little relax and recharge and the hotel hits all the marks. It's a no frills hotel (good price, too) with all the most needed amenities. The hotel itself is very new and clean and smells good. The bed is very comfortable (it's been a while since I've got a real double bed in a hotel rather than those 2 twins pushed together). The room is small but smart designed so I didn't feel closed in, especially with the floor to ceiling window looking down the quiwt...

It was fine for me. Nothing special. No window, but that was okay for me. Strange layout. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good enough for me. Coffee available. Orange juice available every other day it looks like. Eggs over easy only. I asked for scrambled eggs. But, depends on who’s manager that morning. One morning it was okay to get scrambled. The next day different guy. He said no. Love the location. Walking distance to a nearby mall to use the ATM. There’s a...

Very cute boutique hotel in Singapore. Staff was very nice and helpful for a first-time visit. The rooms are quite small so if you have large luggage (like me) only enough room for one. Hotel is close to 7-11 and authentic Singapore eateries. Would def stay here again

Plenty of restaurants in the area and walking distance to the mall and train station. Room is small but very smart use of space with modern design. Daily refresh of two bottled water was nice and free snacks in the room.

Everything was easy from check in to gaining help with stuff

This hotel was extremely convenient being located right above an MRT station at Lavander which is on a main line to the airport and downtown. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable enough for single or pair travellers. There are excellent food options all around the hotel with malls close by and neighborhood hawker centers. Fairprice grocery and several convenience stores in easy walking distance. Pool is outdoor, exercise room is small. Don't bother with the hotel restaurant or breakfast.

It is always regarded buy me as one of the best in terms of price value...facilities ...surrounding area ...Anything about Singapore culture heritage ....food...locals...n a major 24 hours shopping all are all walking distances. There are all sorts of places to chill out also. The receptioonist which i last stay months ago still recognised n greet me toy surprised. All these make my day. Please mentioned one receptionist who go beyond her duty to chat over my family problem ...MISS CRISITINE.

A return visit to the J8 showed up it's good points and not so good. It was good to see some familiar faces and the new staff are just as friendly and helpful as before, top marks you guys. The free breakfast had been expanded and improved, the dinner and evening meals were excellent. Especially after a few days of sightseeing and suffering from tired feet, it was nice to eat in house. The room was cleaned and refreshed as often as you wanted, very much appreciated. The bad as in most hotels in...
