"Room was clean and location was perfect for E subway from JFK (via the Airtrain). Perfect location for sight seeing (1 mile to Central Park/Grand Central and close to Rockefeller/St Patricks Cathedral/5th Avenue) Staff were friendly. No restaurant in the hotel but plenty of food outlets /restaurants within 100 yards (Theres a McDonalds and a Subway in same block and Starbucks etc within a minutes walk). "We totally enjoyed our weekend stay at Hyatt Grand Central!! Our Deluxe room was spacious, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff was very very friendly! We loved the fact that Grand Central Terminal was right downstairs which allowed us to shop and eat breakfast and lunch. We had a late flight so we inquired about a late checkout which was given to us complementary. This hotel will definitely be my go to stay when visiting NYC! "

"We were only here for one night. It is in a great location. The room was spacious enough for three people with two queen beds. Bathroom was larger than expected. Everything worked and was clean. Free water bottles available. Staff at check in desk were kind and helpful. I can't think of anything that wasn't good!"
