Hotels in Cusco Historic Center

This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

Great new hotel close to everything.

I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

We had a great time. The staff was very friendly, they packed us lunch for our Machu Picchu tour the next day and were very attentive. The hotel itself is quaint, rustic and had awesome breakfast options.

This is the most beautiful view in Cusco I have had in my 4 different times visiting the city. The beds, sheets, pillows were SO comfy, the bathrooms spacious (two beds rooms), and the staff such as Victor, Antonio, and Maria were outstanding. The ONLY thing I would have wanted to improve is that the windows dont open and it gets VERY hot and stuffy at night. I woke up nightly in the middle of the night to open the door for air. I wish the windows would open. The last night of our stay (we...

This is my second stay on this trip to Cusco due to the Machu Picchu excursion. I gotta mention this place is equipped with Smart TVs, so important to many of you and great breakfasts!! Again Marjory and Yohan are so friendly and extremely attentive to customers needs!!

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

Great location close To town center- good price - comfortable facilities. Highly recommended

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. Easy/medium walk to just about anywhere. Would definitely stay here again if we ever end up back in Cusco! Oh, they also provide free coca tea which can help some people with their altitude sickness. We felt very safe staying here, and they also stored our extra suitcase when we...

Habitación cómoda, limpia y buen desayuno. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, sobre una calle tranquila peatonal.

The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

The staff was amazing… courteous, respectful and accommodating! The facility was second to none… historic yet modernized! We had an amazing stay!

You can not miss with this sophisticated, high end boutique hotel! Great food, location and attention to detail. Book it!

The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.

Arrived early and yet I was accommodated right away. The room is roomy, nice clean beds and sheets and the bathroom is super clean. The staff is super friendly and nice. The buffet has nice selections, good enough to start your morning and there's always tea and coffee available at the lobby 24/7. The entire place is very comfortable and safe.

Great location—just a short walk from the main plaza, but in a quieter area by a nice park, which I preferred since the plaza can be very busy and loud. There are quite a few stairs, but the staff helps with luggage and customer service was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They also offer complimentary coca tea in the lobby, plus a water bottle refill station.

Kind staff. Quiet enough…some noise in streets late at night but nothing we were concerned about. Plenty of outlets in the room. Had the Junior Suite with living room and balcony…was a decent view of the mountainside and a very nice room. Very clean too. Shower was very nice and plenty of hot water. Very walkable and convenient location. FYI you leave the room key (physical key on a stick) at the desk when leaving and just ask for it again when returning. Only issue would be the foot stubber...

Friendly staff, spotless room, a shorty walk to La plaza de armas and the historic center of Cusco. I would totally stay there again!
