Great stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Super impressed with the entire property and was able to grab dinner at 8:30 before the kitchen closed! For an airport hotel this one is AMAZING! Clean, friendly, booked a 5am shuttle for the next morning at check-in. Staff was professional and very kind. Definitely will be staying here again the next time we’re in Orlando.

Great place to stay

Property was great. Rooms were nice and clean. My children and I enjoyed! Breakfast could have more options.

The cleanliness of the property, the rooms are cleaned daily. Whet I didn’t like was an extra charge of $175 after I have paid for my 7days stay and upon checking in I was told a service fee of $175 for the 7days I’m staying which I wasn’t informed about when I booked my stay.

After a very exhausting couple of days of my trip, it was a delight that they allowed me to have a very early check in, so I could take a nap in the middle of the day, much needed. The room was cold and crispy clean. Especially thankfull to Aliya for arraging all of that with me over the phone before leaving at the end of her shift. Definetly my place to stay when going to Orlando.

Beautiful property with many features. The only thing i wish is that their self parking was easier to find.

While this resort is beautiful and clean we had a few issues. First, it would have been wonderful to know that they will rent out many of the common areas (pool), restaurants and bars for private events. There was an event just about every night we during our 7 day stay. Some nights we were not able to use the bridge to cross to our villa so we (3 adults, 3 small children) had to walk around extra 4 buildings, other nights we were not able to use the main pool, sports bar or pool side bar. This is hands down one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Orlando. The hotel and amenities are phenomenal and the staff and service is fantastic. They have practically everything you could want at a resort and for such a fair price.

I don’t want to leave a good review because this place is a hidden gem and I don’t want the secret to get out! We stayed for a week, the main purpose was to go to Disney. From hotel door to Magic Kingdom gate was 15-20 minutes. There is a Target 3 minutes driving distance and the cleanest Waffle House with the nicest staff is across the street. Nice pool - loved walking to Disney springs. 2nd year staying here. Food portion sizes good.

The staff were outstanding. The pool and lazy river were great for the kiddos. The life guards did a great job. The breakfast was very delicious. The pizza is amazing from The Oasis.
