As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs. Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.

Only there for one night but room was clean, comfortable and quiet and views from rooftop bar were amazing. Excellent location and service.

The property is clean and maintained with all the right room touches for a delightful work stay — netflix, washer & dryer, kitchenette, usable fridge, fast wifi, and space to work.

Beautiful hotel, great location. We were there for a convention and the location was very convenient.

we were greeted friendly and warmth welcomed by Yeong Gi and Fena. They clearly explained what we needed during the stay. I would rate them a 5 stars.

Good location 5 minutes walk to the southern cross station friendly staff the room very clean.

Hotel staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Convenient location for my personal desire to be close to Chinatown, Bourke St. Mall and Her Majesty's Theater. Only small problems encountered was that I was not told that there is no room service on Sunday's & Holidays, but subsequently found out that it could be requested, and the king bed room I requested (prepaid) was not available and had to settle for a handicapped room (which I felt was equal to my original reservation request). Great value for the money. Excellent gym space, pool and hot tub. One little thing is that the room card key reader that you use in the elevator for security purposes typically requires several attempts in order for the reader to recognize the card and allow you to select your room floor.
