Great hotel. Best in Singapore. Always has been and still is

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at… impeccable service and hospitality from everyone at the hotel.

newly renovated. it is too high tech. we need to use the iPad for almost everything. very stressful. unfortunate because we are going to relax. the tiffin room staff are very inexperienced and forgetful of the orders. the new breakfast system is not easy to use. we order something hot and then we must cater to ourselves. we expect full service from an hotel such as Raffles. the writers bar is completely new and we miss the atmosphere of the old bar.

Nice clean hotel w a lot of varieties for breakfast, will return one day.

Great location!

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Feels very luxurious and it was breathtaking. Walkable to fine dining, restaurants and main attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and convenient.

My folks and I had such a wonderful and memorable time in Singapore. Our stay at Ritz Carlton played a great role in this! Thank you for being kind, gracious, quick responses for all our questions before and during our stay and accommodating all our needs! The view from our Bayside room was to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and definitely look forward to go back to this beautiful place next time we visit Singapore!

I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. The Carleton is my #1 choice when in Singapore The value and location is my main reasons for choosing the Carleton over all other hotels in the area. The Raffles Hotel, Chines and Raffles City mall is literally a walk across the street. There is a food pavilion with small restaurants and bars with live entertainment and TV's for sports in the lower courtyard. The MRT is a short walk. We liked the old feeling of the hotel plus looked kinda old European. May have been a shop house in the past. So we loved the ambiance . The room was also very spacious for three adults.

Very clean and elegant room, the only thing I didn’t like was the lack of slippers (only flip flops provided), and the HDMI port didn’t work, but good experience overall

We were put for three nights at the Ritz Carlton millennium because of the overbooking at the Capitol Kempinski. It was very disappointing and also it was the first time in our many travels to 6 continents that we were placed in a different hotel due to overbooking.
