"Reception was great. Room was compact but enough to house 3 big luggages but unable to open all at one go. Request for additional pillows and drinks accommodated. Pillows on the softer side. Minutes walk to TaiKooLi and is quiet."

"Had a really pleasant stay at Echeng Hotel Chengdu. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was efficient and helpful throughout. Laundry services were convenient and reliable, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is great! Easy to get around and close to everything you need. Loved the in-room smart system (Xiaodu) as well, which added a nice modern touch. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience!"

"Tina, the front desk staff, went above and beyond helping us to try to locate a missing package even after our departure a few days ago. Unfortunately Tina called us yesterday to inform us that most likely the package had gone missing during transit. The property is very lucky to have a dedicated and attentive employee like Tina. She is to be highly commended and I usually don't leave comments. We were already happy with the property and she made our stay exceptional. "

"The room is a bit dated but overall for the price point, I really enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The laundry facilities were complimentary and brand new. The metro station is about two minutes from the hotel door. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"The staff was overall courteous and helpful, though wasn't asked how my stay was. The gym was very good and clearly the person in charge knew their stuff. The breakfast buffet was great, but the nordic techno was not the most conducive to calm digestion. The location was absolutely perfect imo, near taikooli, great view of the river and bridge, lots of neat little shops nearby. The room and building wear clean and grand. The tv was oddly positioned vis-à-vis the bed and no airplay support. The shower drain needed to be cleaned and had an unpleasant urine smell. The spa service was sub par and better off trying cheaper alternatives nearby. "
