"I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. When I first arrived I found my room very hot and after raising the issue with the hotel, they changed my room for me. Isaac was incredibly helpful and accommodating, impeccable customer service! The hotel breakfast was also exceptional, perhaps the best I’ve had on my travels around China so far!"
