"This hotel has excellent location; just a short walk to the train that takes you back and forth from the Hiroshima Station. The breakfast in the hotel is great!! Provides a great variety of options buffet style. Room was spotless, the facilities were in top notch condition. Overall; highly recommended for anyone staying in Hiroshima either pleasure or business trip."

The staff were absolutely great, several interactions with Mark and Nuyen, very nice people. Customer service throughout out stay could not have been better.
Only concern is that the staff will have an uphill battle with maintaining the relatively new hotel, the design was great but the building materials were already showing sign of wear and tear. Have to pay for it in the initial build or as you go !"
