Oochi District Hotels

The first impression wasn't good. The woman at the reception definitely wasn't used to talk to non japanese persons. She just mumbled bare understandable single words, instead of using full sentences. And this even when I talked to here in japanese all the time. The service during breakfast also wasn't very polite. Other than that, the hotel was excellent

The breakfast was good and staff were really kind. Theres a mall and restaurants near the hotel that we were able to check out during the day. Had easy access to parking as well.

High quality business-class stay, wonderful city views of Miyoshi, comfortable extremely clean room, silent refrigerator, fast wifi and wired Internet, late check-out service available for nominal fee, full restaurant open weeknights. Front desk freely offered excellent (top quality) service throughout my three day stay.

Excellent service, great facilities, restful stay. I cannot recommend this location of Green Rich highly enough. We arrived around 6PM with a tired baby, and check in was smooth and friendly. We were grateful to be able to upgrade to a larger room, and the pillow selection (available to all rooms by selecting a memory foam or comfort pillow from the hallway shelves) was a nice touch.
