Great customer service and close walking proximity to restaurants, Lake Lucerne, train station and old town. Nice restaurant and bar in hotel as well. Definitely will stay here again."

"Great stay at Chateau Guetsch. We loved the view overlooking Lucerne -- very accessible with the funicular. Easy to get to train station with bus, though we often walked. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Loved our deck. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great."
