"It was just okay. The room was spacious, but parking was a problem. Staff were not well informed about the area or major local events(such as the El Vendrell Three Kings Day celebrations). They seemed more concerned with what was on their phones than what was going on with their customers."

"The girl in the spa Vanessa physically attacked me an employee of the spa, because i didn't get out on time.. my cell phone was stolen just outside the hotel, the man at the front desk had good customer service, the female at front desk during the day did not... the agua thermal "hot spring" is NOT hot, its cold btw. Quiet town, too small kinda boring. I came fon a 2 day trip from Barcelona... should have skipped this town. I only went for the "hot spring" buffet sucks, coffee was good 👍 "
