"I stayed at this hotel on a stopover on my way back to the UK. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was okay. since the building of the new airport terminal you now need to take the shuttle provided by the hotel to get to the hotel. Surface is very efficient. As a result of the relocation of the airport terminal The hotel is basically in the middle of a very large gate is car park. There is very little to do in the locality of the hotel. There’s a small shopping outlet nearby which has a limited range of shops When I book the hotel, I noticed it was a swimming pool but didn’t expect to have to pay extra to use it Overall, if I was to come back through Lima with a 10 hour stopover, I would’ choose to stay in the Miafiores area rather than in this hotel"

"Great stay! You cannot hear the planes and the room is very comfortable. Recommend it for a night stay for an early flight. "

"When we checked in the front desk staff informed me that although I had requested an oceanfront room and because I used Hotels.com they couldn’t give me a room with only a king bed as requested. So they gave me a room with double beds, but oceanfront. I have ALWAYS had the BEST experiences with JW, however, this time the floors of our room were dirty. The robe had chocolate on the sleeve and it appeared the room had not been dusted in a while. Truly a let down. So now I wonder if it’s worth using hotels.com if I will receive less quality service at the properties for not going through them"

"I would stay here again but be advised the beds could be more comfortable and eggs could be cooked better. However, the BAR TEAM SHINED! Normand and his team and especially the regular bartender were awesome. The rooftop alone is worth it! The pool a rare find. The neighborhood on point."

"The sleepover pods were very helpful as it allowed me to rest comfortably during the layover of my flights. It's gives peace of mind knowing you are in a secure environment to sleep, not worrying about bags, or missing your next flight as you can ask them to wake you at a certain time. Toilet facilities were clean and sleeping pods were very quiet. While the price is moderately high, I believe it is worth for the peace of mind."
