Unique property next to a winery and in the middle of a vineyard. Very special.

We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

This hotel is great. Here is what stood out: 1. Rooms are very comfy with nice, hot showers 2. Breakfast is included and it is a fresh, hot breakfast rather than a generic buffet 3. The neighborhood is popping with all kinds of things to do in the immediate area 4. Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.

Not only is this a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is amazing! I usually stay in hostel’s when I travel abroad, but I’d had enough. If you’re traveling solo, you never feel alone here. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The management is amazing , the concierge is attentive, the restaurant staff and housekeeping are all great. The area is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and public transportation. I highly recommend!

Amaizing all great with this hotel

It was a great location, and the staff was super friendly. It is 5 minutes from the airport. My only recommendation is to have their shuttle running more often. It runs every hour.

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. We came for the 2023 Pan AM Games to support our athlete daughter and the whole staff cheered us on! They even surprised us with a late night treat of balloons, a framed photo of her, and...

Don't think about it, just book this hotel!! The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. From the moment we arrived we felt a connection to the staff and hotel. They assisted in our excursion plans and dinner selections, and all turned out perfect. I have to rate this hotel Five Stars for all aspects of what you look for when visiting a foreign location. East end of Santiago. Easy walk to park and shopping. Great staff. Nice hotel restaurant. Subway line across the street.
