Absolutely lovely experience. The hotel is new and spotless with high quality construction and aesthetic care. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

Five start accommodations in what had been a palace in the center of Aviles. Everything about the hotel was excellent, especially the friendly and helpful staff.

40 Nudos is located right in the center of the city center! Perfecto!!! The only bad aspect of the hotel is the parking. It will cost you an additional $15 euros a day to park your vehicle underground.

Beautiful hotel, peaceful stay, and delicious breakfast

Good accommodation in the city center. The WiFi worked without any problems. We received a large room on the ground floor. We slept in a huge bed, a very comfortable one. The bathroom with a shower was also very large. Hot water came out immediately. Hot water flowed from the tap immediately after turning it on. I usually stay at the Ritz or a 4 star hotel for 300 euros!! This hotel was by far the best value for the price! Sweet rooms and great breakfast!

Found last minute easy comfort

This property was exceptional and far surpassed our expectations. The service, rooms, general areas, menu and food quality were beyond comparison. The setting and gardens were wonderful and private.
