"Food was really good and the staff are great. Only improvement I could say is that some of the maintainence in the rooms isn’t great. If they could do better with the maintainence the hotel would be A+ as the rooms are spacious. Maybe it was just my room but had a couple of bodge job fixes."

"Great hotel, excellent service and food, very nice rooms. Unfortunately the pool bed reservation issue is ongoing for years. And 7:30am 80% of the pool beds are reserved with towels and most if it not used until 2pm. This is a typical “german” behavior but the hotel seems to be ok with it - unfortunately. Other hotels have clear rules about this. "

"The breakfast was quite limited. Sometimes they add raw onion in omelette. They also block half of morning dining room so I had to wait for 5-10 minutes every morning at 10am for free table and for fork and knife. Menwhile the blocked area had all the tables ready but not used. The rooms are very dated. Not a fan of purple colours everywhere. I will probably wont stay there again unless its super cheap because its very close to Yumbo. "

"Would thoroughly recommend. Rooms a little tired but very clean, with everything you need and good service. Plenty of choice for breakfast - quality of food fine. Had a room with a city view, which was lovely and quiet."
