"Clean room, close to cruise port and helpful staff. Mall with restaurants right next to hotel. Uber will take you to cruise ship. Also, quaint fishing village on the beach in front of hotel. We watched 50+ sea lions feed off the fishermen cleaning fish. We really enjoyed this hotel."

"Every member of staff was excellent, so kind, helpful and efficient! We were switched to a more comfortable room at no extra cost and we absolutely loved our new room. The hotel restaurant is fantastic, eagerly accommodating my gluten free diet. We loved the pool and hot tub and chatting with other guests. We highly highly recommend Casa Higueras!!!"

"This was our second hotel in Vina del Mar so it was a different environment, close to the city center and the river. We checked in around 1:00PM and the staff was friendly and although we were early, they had a room ready for us. The room was a decent size, clean and had a view of the view and city. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a good stream and was hot. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety which was filling. There are a lot of decent restaurants in the area which we enjoyed. All in all it was a very positive experience and good value for money."
