The room was clean and well-appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area had a great view of the Matterhorn. Very friendly front-desk staff. Hotel is about a 7-min walk from the Zermatt station."

"The hotel stay was wonderful, with warm and friendly staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its location is excellent, situated right beside Zermatt Central station, making it convenient for travel and close to shopping streets. The Luxury Suite Ground Floor was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a washer, dryer, and kitchen, allowing for comfortable and independent living during the stay."
