"Great, location that you can walk from or to the airport. Nice clean simple rooms and a staff that really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. "
"The room was very clean, spacious and the staff Sherlett was amazing and helped out whenever needed and responded quickly. Even with some construction going on the room was very peaceful I will definitely stay again "
"We chose this resort to spend our 25th anniversary in hopes that it was secluded, quiet, and memorable. It delivered way above our hopes! Our goal is to return here every year from here on out!! Absolutely stunning resort and the most incredible, respectful staff!"
"Great first impression of the island and the beach. Beach was super clean and way more spacious than nearby resort properties. Beautiful sunsets, too!"
"I will give this hotel more than 7 stars, we had the time, the staff was so attentive and willing to go out of their way to make your stay fabulous. everything was more than excellent. Definitely will go back!!we love it !!"

Grace Bay Club is fabulous. They welcome you with a bottle of champagne and great fresh fruit. The refridgerator is also stocked with cold water free of charge and gets replenished when asked. They have multiple clean large towels so you do not need to constantly ask for fresh towels. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach are cushioned. You have access to a personal concierge if you desire. My husband sent him out to the food store for some staples for the room.
Centrally located in the Grace Bay area. The hotel has its own area on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Great dining options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay there.
SHOWER WAS GREAT, BED VERY COMFORTABLE
LIMITED MENUS CHOICES
VERY SKIMPY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST LIMITING GUEST TO ONLY 3 CHOICES FOR THE DAILY BREAKFAST
We had a wonderful trip in Turks and Caicos! Stayed here in Blue Haven and we had a great time! We had oceanview suite-very spacious and clean and the view was beautiful. The food was great! There were alot of activities in the resort and you can also go to Alexandra Resort with free shuttle and the beach there was gorgeous! Chef Randy and John at Alexandra was very friendly and even cooked wonderful meals for us. Tania at the front desk of Blue Haven was very nice and very helpful! Ofcourse Jen...
Perfect place to stay if you need to be near the airport, great rooms, Staff owners are legends they drove us around where ever we wanted to go which was over and above what they needed to do so. Over all 10/10 stay! Highly recommended
I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .
This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.
Wonderful location away from the madness of the tourist area. The staff was AMAZING and cheerfully took care of all of our needs. We stayed a week and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.
West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner.
The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.
The Gansevoort is by far the chic-est hotel in Providenciales. But never mind the lean, minimalistic, gorgeous architecture, the perfect pool, the most beautiful beach in the planet : It's The Staff. They make all the architectural or geographical features look small. They are the factor that really creates the true magic in the Hotel. Every person - and I mean every person- is completely devoted to make you feel like the most unique, special, irreplaceable person in the universe. From Junior...
A beautiful boitique hotel! Good was amazing. Service impeccable. They are brand new, having just opened march 1 so everything is pristine. They are a ahoet elf from the beach.
From the moment we met the warm and helpful staff upon our arrival, and saw the lush and cheerful grounds, we knew we'd made the right decision. This apartment/hotel is an easy 10-minute walk to the beach and a 20-minute walk from the don't-miss Thursday Fish Fry. The rooms are large and clean; the kitchen has all you could need; and the balconies are spacious and relaxing. The rooftop pools are beautiful and a great place to "unwind" after a day on the beach. No need to travel to snorkel...
Such a wonderful and stress free stay. I’m a solo traveler and felt very safe and comfortable! The place was very clean. The pool wasn’t ready the first couple days but that was totally fine for me and they were very communicative of when it was open for use. Unfortunately since it was just me traveling, I didn’t use all the sweet accommodations that came with the place , like fire pit , a spot for friends and family to hang out at outside, the full dining room table, lots of space too! It was...
This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!
Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. Rooms are actually condos, so it doesn’t have that hotel feel; instead, it’s smaller, less crowded, less impersonal. Staff mainly very friendly and helpful. Excellent stretch of beach, small but nice pool, plenty of cabanas and loungers to go around, and free non-motorized water sports ($5 per day for snorkeling gear), which is a BIG plus; I...
This is an incredible value. It was quiet and not crowded. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony (second floor). The staff all were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not surrounded by high-rises, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with mobs of people at the beach or on the grounds. Sure, the bathroom is old, but that is not a big deal to us. Our room was very nice with a great balcony for catching nice breezes and views of the ocean. If...
We stayed here for a week in December, in ocean view studio #334. The view was pretty and the staff were friendly everywhere we went (front desk, restaurant, cleaning crew, etc). Sherman was especially great and showed us to our room at check-in. It was never too crowded to find an umbrella with lounge chairs on the beautiful white sand beach, and the clear turquoise ocean was amazing. The fish and chips dinner at the Pelican restaurant there was delicious, as were the bbq ribs. It was nice...
