"Absolutely wonderful! Our room and terrace were stunning, immaculately clean, spacious and had every luxury we could wish for. The staff were all amazing; and the 5 euro breakfast is incredible value for money. We had fresh orange juice, coffee, bread, croissants and cake too! "

"We arrived on a rainy foggy day for one night. Check in was easy & straightforward. The location is terrific and our room had a beautiful view (when its not so foggy!) The Gigi bar was very helpful. Loved the room and the decor- wish we could have stayed longer."

"The staff were exceptional and always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample and delicious and the breakfast staff also extremely friendly. Beds extremely comfortable and rooms extremely quiet. Slightly out of town (about 15 minutes) but I liked walking to town and back along the waterfront after dinner. Going to the islands was extremely close - just down the hill. Great stay!!"

"Europalace exceeded all expectations. We got a corner lake view room and it was absolutely stunning! The hotel room was spacious, clear and you could tell that the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The location is perfect, and walkable to all the necessary areas around. The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel. If you take the train, just know there is a bus stop that is slightly hidden that will take you to the city center then you will have to walk to the hotel. But, that is just...

"wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20€.-Aber egal! Das zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad geräumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Geräusche. Das einzige ist für längeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lässt. Der See mit Badestrand(öffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg. Wir werden wieder hinfahren für kurze Aufenthalte."

Grand hotel, great beach, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, but as others note, you pay 25 to park for a day, in fact more if you use the car because payment is per hours capped at 25. We asked for iron. No. Not possible. Leave with staff and they will iron, I guess tomorrow.. and do on."

"Our very first hotel stay on our italy trip. A lovely hotel on a tiny island with a very good restaurant. Staff were very pleasent, the room was so quiet except when open to the balcony...the sound of lapping waves...so relaxing. It poured while we were there so we weren't in a rush to get out and about. "First and foremost the air conditioning in the room was amazing for an American!!!! Not your typical European AC. Also there was a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was plentiful as an European breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would love to stay here again. We had a double bed and plenty of spacious room for each of us within the room. We even had a little balcony."
