"Hotel was close to everything, only real downfall was we couldn’t get the heat shut off in the room, even after you switched it to ac it continued to blow hot air "
"Wasn't sure what to expect and had some specific needs.
Overall it was a very positive experience, the accommodation was better than I anticipated, excellent location for walking/ shopping/siteseeing, suite layout was very well done and well equipped, staff were all helpful and courteous, excellent continental breakfast. We arrived earlier than expected and anticipated hours before we could check in, but the hotel was able to check us in on arrival with exactly what we needed. I would for sure reserve here again next time I am in Montreal."
"The room lacked adequate lighting and the bedroom was dark with only a dim light on the nightstand.
The kitchenette didn’t have any glasses, paper only and when I asked the front desk, they had none available.
What they consider a queen is in fact a double bed. And lastly the room smelled. I don’t know what kind of cleaning products they use but it wasn’t pleasant. We opened the window to air it out. We won’t book there again."
"The room was okay. Weird layout with a tiny bathroom. There was garbage left in our room when we arrived and a broken light. We notified staff and they came promptly to address our concerns.
One of the elevators was broken and I have to say the other elevator was the smallest and scariest elevator I have ever been on.
The staircase beside our room was the worst part of the hotel. Full of garbage and smelled like urine and fish.
Overall I would only stay at this hotel if you need to be close to the bell centre. The only thing good about it is the location. "
