"The room was clean tv remote wouldn’t turn tv but would change channels. Let them know at check out. Not a big deal. The breakfast was good the eggs didn’t taste that great tho kinda like a powder egg taste.. check in was not so great as it took an hour to check in because they could not locate our reservation I showed proof of conformation it was paid in advance on hotels.com after checking in 3 other guess the lady checked the email and seen that the they did get an email from hotels.com.. but for some reason the booking didn’t get transferred to their system. So I went on the chat on hotels.com and they then called me and sent my call a different department, they then called the hotel and got it all sorted out. But it was an unnecessary hassle that never should have happened. Also the price we paid online with hotels was higher then the receipt given to us by the hotel."
