Episode’s inventory tends to have less of a vintage feel, and a more kitsch vibe (think your grandmother’s housecoats). There are also plenty of retro items on offer (think old school, brightly colored Adidas). Amsterdam has several Episode stores to choose from which are part of an international chain. The brand is renowned for offering a wide variety of items from many different decades.
There is a good lingerie section, some great winter coats, and everything you need in between to dress to impress. And half of the store is dedicated to men’s clothing. Of course if you’re in this area, make sure you also check out the Waterlooplein Market, where yet more bespoke fashion items can be found.
