"Clean hotel and rooms and very helpful staff"

"Convenient location to Dudley Centre"

"huge car park "

"Clean and cozy "

"The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."

"On arrival there was no parking available. I know the listing says on-street parking only but there was none available. After 15 mins of driving around the streets had to park on double-yellows. The code I was supplied for the property did not work so I was unable to gain access. Contacted the owner, not sure what I was meant to do as it was not clear. Waited another 20 mins, nothing. Booked into a different hotel and got a refund. Beware"

"Fialed to arrive due to other cicumstances"

"Very good all round, the old style rooms recently refurbished to a high standard Staff were very helpful and polite Would stay again"

"Staff at restaurant on site very helpful, however the restaurant could do with a bit of TLC. As the restaurant has recently changed ownership the furniture could do with cleaning. The food was very good and all the staff were only too pleased to be helpful and attentive."

"Quirky hotel in a residential area. Is a little tired and could do with modernising, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room and a small TV. Breakfast was available but we didn’t have it."

"The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. "
